Order Processing All OPOSV.COM Only Positive Vibes products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–5 business daysbefore shipping.
Shipping Times Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control.
Tracking You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at customercare@oposv.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll make it right.
No Split Shipments Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on availability and fulfillment location.
